Our advise
You can consider entering as a tourist, which allows you to stay here for 30 days. On the 25th day, you can apply for a 30-day extension, and this extension can be applied for twice, allowing for a longer stay.
However, it’s important to note that Malaysia’s visa policies have specific regulations regarding extensions. Generally, tourist visas cannot be extended unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as health issues or flight problems, which must be substantiated with appropriate documentation.
Additionally, Malaysia has implemented a visa-free policy for Chinese citizens, allowing a stay of up to 30 days without a visa. This policy is in effect from December 1, 2023, to the end of 2026. It’s important to note that this visa-free stay cannot be extended.
Therefore, it’s advisable to consult the latest information from the Malaysian immigration authorities or the official website of the Malaysian embassy or consulate in your country to ensure compliance with current visa regulations.
